Apollo slab tech worktop is nice but needs TLC although this may be down to the colour we chose. The carpenter liked working with it.We were told clearly it would be 5 days to deliver and then once I had ordered I was told it was now longer than this which delayed our carpenter who went off and did something else. When he had fitted it we were left with an used piece and tried to return it but it was just outside their 7 day return policy (due to their delay and the impact on the carpenter) which is ridiculous for a work top. So we are now left with a huge piece of unopened leftover worktop which is bad for the environment and a waste of money. Not good customer service, they responded slowly to communication and I would not use them again. Sad as a small company.
