Thank you very much to Joe and his team for a great job! We decided to get a new roof done as the old roof was leaking badly and being located in Inverness we are more affected by the weather. The job was completed very quickly and the team of roofers were prompt and very friendly. After the roof was complete we decided to have the house roughcasted and I feel like we are now living in a brand new home! They provided us with a 15 year guarantee which is fantastic once again thank you so much for such professional workmanship.
To whom it may concern. Ive had a fantastic service from this company. I called them through the trustatrader website. I was overwhelmed with the information and confidence i recived. The work was carried out by professionals. The salesman was a real help with making us understand the process and kept in touch through out. My roof was started and finished in two days. Well impressed by the standard.
Excellent job done full roof and porch done by Steven and his team . Fast and proficient given the weather at the time but it was a good test for the roof as the next day gust of up to 60mph. The job finished on a Friday scaffolding down on Monday, the scaffolding team left the ground clean and tidy, skip taken away on Tuesday . Good coordination of things to be done by Tracey in the office. She kept me informed and up to date with job as it was progressing.
The whole process from start to finish has been unbelievably stressful and not worth one penny. Numerous false promises of it taking 5 days. 3 teams of roofers and scaffolders on the job over a 7 week period. The scaffolding is still up seven weeks in, her garden is ruined, her front steps and porch have been damaged and her back garden is unsecure due to the scaffolding. Loosing access to her driveway and is feeling very vulnerable. My mother recently widowed and does not need the stress. The whole process has been an absolute farce; Joe the Salesman, owner, director has miss-sold my mother a roof. The company has been the worst to deal with, customer service was appalling. When my sister called Joe to complain she was verbally abused and cursed at over the phone. On several occasions, the office staff have patronised and blatantly lied to my Mother, talking down to her and making false promises. This doesn't scratch the surface of the worst experience my mother has had
