I booked my car in for a service and MOT some weeks back and arrive at 08.20 and was happy to wait and do my work from the reception area, upon arrival I advised Michael at the Service desk that I had to pick a colleague up at the train station in Glasgow and would need the car back by 11.30 and was advised that they would do there best and keep me updated, I felt the latter was fairly obvious but the former more of a pipe dream due to previous experiences in this industry, how wrong was I.Michael could not of been more professional, he did in fact keep me updated and the car was completed by 11.00, I have to call back for another matter and to save me being held back a loan car will be available, the service from Michael and the team was excellent, thanks.
